We are no longer accepting waitlist requests for the 2026 - 2027 school year. All of our other properties have been fully leased for 2026 - 2027.

If you would like to be contacted for future lease availability (2027 - 2028 school year), please complete the waitlist form below. We will reach out by phone in October 2026 to provide more information on availability, rent rates, security deposit requirements and to schedule showings. Please only complete one form per person - no need to submit multiple forms for different properties.

Please note: the waitlist determines the order in which we contact people to provide information and schedule showings, but it does not reserve apartments.
