We are accepting waitlist requests for pre-leasing for the 2026 - 2027 school year for 2900 E College. All of our other properties on The Hill have been fully leased for 2026 -2027.
Once you have submitted your waitlist request, we will reach out by phone to provide more information on availability, rent rates, security deposit requirements and to schedule showings. If you would like to be contacted for 2900 E College lease availability, please complete the waitlist form below. Please only complete one form per person - no need to submit multiple forms for different properties.
Please note: the waitlist determines the order in which we contact people to provide information and schedule showings, but it does not reserve apartments.
