Thank you for your interest in KMH Properties! All of our properties are fully leased for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

We are accepting waitlist requests for pre-leasing for the 2026 - 2027 school year. Typically, we start contacting those on the waitlist in October. At that time, we can provide more information on availability, rent rates, security deposit requirements and to schedule showings. Please note: the waitlist determines the order in which we contact people to provide information and schedule showings, but it does not reserve apartments. Detailed information about how to secure an apartment is sent to those on the waitlist in the fall.
